A truly wonderful woman. In my 15 years at the club, she taught me so much history and had so much passion to boot, and I was very privileged to not only see some of the rare archive items in storage, but also, with her help, I managed to get the whole of the 1978 FA Cup Final team and Sir Bobby sign my family's copy of the FA Cup final programme. Something we will cherish for years to come.
