...naturally lots of looking forward, so thought I'd temper that with looking back over the past 2 seasons, and thanking a few of the players who are no longer on the journey who helped us get to where we are now...

Some played a huge part on the pitch (Hladky stepping up last season after Walton's injury), others off the pitch (Aluko), and we had players in Jackson and JD who stuck with us through the tough times (personally, as well as those experienced by the club) and thankfully were rewarded by being here long enough to enjoy the success and celebrations over the past 2 seasons.

What else? Obvious ones like Moore and Sarmiento (and THAT goal) helping us to get over the line during the 2nd half of last season. Less obvious ones like Tyreece John-Jules helping us to get off to a flyer at the start of the League One season before his injury, or Kyle Edwards being the forerunner for our tactic of bringing players off the bench to keep our intensity against tiring defences.

I could go on but everyone will have their own, so feel free to add your own thank yous...might be for a player, or maybe just a moment produced by a player - what's everyone else got? [grin]
