Lifts at Portman Road 10:39 - Oct 3 with 1120 viewstommcd

I know there are lifts available to reach the concourses of the North Upper and South Upper areas.

But what about West Upper? I know there's a lift up to the hospitality boxes, but can't remember if it goes up to the Upper concourse (or if there's another that does).

I've rarely sat in West Mid, or Cobbold Upper. If I recall correctly West Mid is accessed via a fairly short flight of stairs (20-30 steps, maybe not even that) from practise pitch level. I have absolutely no recollection of how you access Cobbold Upper, doesn't look like it could be any harder than West Mid?

I have a relative who struggles with stairs, reaching seats from the concourses wouldn't be an issue, but reaching the concourses of the Upper tiers in the first place might be a challenge too far...

Not sure if it answers your questions, but this page on the website is very good.

Lee Smith is very helpful and can answer any questions which you may have that isn't answered on the web site via email and if there is nothing in place, he will go out of his way to help as much as the club can.

I asked similar last week and a few people on the forum were very helpful, as were the club to be fair.

Is there a lift to the upper tier and is it made accessible to fans?

My old man had to bail on the Liverpool game as he wasn't going to be able to handle the steps to the 2nd from highest row in NS upper. He was gutted not to be there for his grandkids' first Prem game, so each game since I've been trying to get more accessible seats which for a group of 4 tickets together is very tough!

I've managed to get tickets in the West Stand upper family section for Everton with very few steps involved to get to the seats, just hoping there is a way to take the initial flights of stairs out of the equation!

My Dad had no problems getting the lift and getting to his seat even though we arrived a lot closer to kick off than we had planned!
