For all the progress we have made, this feels a few steps back

West Ham have started poorly but that is a decent PL side on paper you have to say

Did think some people were getting a bit carried away seeing this as a good opportunity for a win. As you say they've got a lot of good players, or at least very solid Prem players which pound for pound are much better/more experienced than our lot.

We didn't play very well outside of a couple of good spells in either half but at this level you've got to fashion and convert chances when you have those spells and if you're too sloppy outside of that you get punished ruthlessly.

Will probably happen again a few times but we've had a decent start up to this point performance-wise so just got to take it on the chin and get back to it after the break.

	Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.
