Preston and Ipswich, and Portsmouth and Ipswich.

Preston last played in the (old) First Division in 1960–61. We first played there in 1961–62.

Portsmouth were relegated from the First Division in 1959, spent a single season back there in 1987–88 and then first played in the Premier League in August 2003, 15 months after we'd been relegated.
