Let’s put some respect on Palmer too please. Really took control when we needed him to.* Well played boyo 👌 *and he is a goalie that can catch, something Nodge don’t seem to have 😆

A solid display, took a good cross in the second half when under pressure too. I don’t think our defenders help him with some of the balls they play back to him, in fact our passing from the back was woeful at times.

He's clearly been working hard on his game with the ball at his feet. I have been rather vocal about how bad he was at dealing with playing at the back since he came in. Today I had much more confidence in him from the off, after his last few performances. I was absolutely worried about us getting into a lot of trouble asking him to play the ball, rather than hoof it earlier in the season. I now think he'll do just fine for us this year. I'm still not sure he's the one for us if we do make it back up though. That's not a now problem though!
