All they seem to want to do is pass across the pitch, get near the Hornchurch area and pass back. It's very poor

Tbh, I'd expect them to be pretty poor. If the players were at the level to compete with L1/L2 players, I'd expect them to be out on loan in those divisions gaining better experience.
