![]() Monday, 2nd Jul 2007 13:05 As expected, released Town striker Darryl Knights has put pen to paper on a one-year deal with Yeovil Town. Knights's contract with the Blues came to an end on Saturday. The Ipswich-born frontman made one senior appearance for Town, as a sub at Sunderland in November 2004. Knights was one of the key players in Town's FA Youth Cup win in 2005. The 19-year-old joined Yeovil on loan in February and made five sub appearances, the last of which came in the Glovers' play-off final defeat to Blackpool.
