![]() Friday, 18th Jan 2008 20:18 Plymouth manager Paul Sturrock has refused to comment on Town's latest offer for Pilgrims midfielder David Norris or on claims that the 26-year-old has requested a transfer. Sturrock was questioned regarding the Blues' interest at a press conference to announce the signing of striker Steve MacLean from Cardiff City this afternoon. The Pilgrims boss refused to discuss Town's offer and would not comment on reports claiming that the former Bolton and Boston player had handed in a transfer request. Earlier today, Town boss Jim Magilton revealed that Town had tabled their second bid for the 26-year-old, believed to be in the region of an initial £1.5 million plus add-ons. Meanwhile, Chelsea have announced that Town's Saturday morning U18 match has moved from their Cobham training ground to Playford Road, kick-off 11am.
