![]() Monday, 24th Aug 2009 14:42 Jamie Underwood, 21, pleaded guilty to taking tributes to Sir Bobby Robson from the legendary Blues boss’s statue at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court earlier today. Underwood, of Burrell Road, Ipswich, admitted the theft of the shirts, scarves and other memorabilia on August 15th when he was stopped by the police outside the Station Hotel at 3am. Elizabeth Bradshaw, mitigating for Underwood, said he couldn't recall taking the shirts and genuinely regretted doing so. The case has been adjourned until September 14th while a pre-sentence report is carried out.
