Sorry but £8m for a 17 year old is silly money and whatever some on here think Evans will take a serious look at it and I think he would accept it. If there is a clause to loan him back for a season then fine. £8m will fund quite a few signings that the side desperately need.

Wayne Rooney went for 30 millon, but would of gone for 10 if he would of gone first season.
They held on to him for another season, while he scored goals, and the price went up.

As many wise football people have said over many years, 'Ipswich is a good club for you to learn your trade.' Leaving Ipswich for the bright lights of London cost Richard Wright a great career.
