![]() Friday, 4th Nov 2011 11:24 BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch will be broadcast live from the Family Football Festival being staged in Alderman Park prior to Saturday’s game against Doncaster Rovers. The programme, which runs from midday to 2pm, is presented by Mark Murphy with regular guests Town legend Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham. The Family Football Festival campaign was launched by the Football League at the start of the season to attract new families to matches and is touring grounds until December. Saturday’s Festival starts at 1pm with children encouraged to attend in fancy dress with the full timetable and attractions here. Two Town players will also be present. Pop along to the Radio Suffolk marquee to Meet the Beat (and the other less legendary show regulars), while other Blues of the past are expected to drop in during the afternoon.
