A Town reserves side will face Crystal Palace in a friendly at Playford Road next Tuesday (KO 1pm). Supporters will be welcome to watch the game.

The Blues aren't taking part in a reserves league this season, just friendlies with only a handful open to the public.

Town's U18s face the Eagles in an away league fixture on Saturday.

Yet more great timing by the club, just as the schools going back after the half term break the club organise a reserve team fixture that the public can attend.

May be a silly question, but is it free?

village blue, exactly my thoughts, my lads were looking forward to trip to Playford Road during half term, as they regularly did when RK was manager. Get it right for Easter Town. These kids are the future and we travel from Lowestoft

Nice that someone mentioned RK without slating him but would agree with the fixtures and he was very often around and happy to sign autographs etc I guess the problem is our reserves are really overpaid 1st team veterans and PJ does not want us to see what he has wasted the cash on
