![]() Thursday, 8th Nov 2001 09:57 Fabian Wilnis has had the promised chat with George Burley after his first half substitution on Helsingborg and his subsequent dropping for the Chelsea game. Wilnis has vowed to fight for his place and said he and the manager had to agree to disagree on some points. The Dutchman said: "It was a great win [in Helsingborg] but it was overshadowed for me by my substitution. And then I was dropped for the Chelsea game which is the first time that has happened in all my time at Ipswich. I did have a chat with the manager before the Chelsea game but that will have to stay between us. I will say we ended up having to disagree on some things." But the former De Graafschap man isn't going to give up: "I'm a very determined person and I believe I'm playing well enough to be in the side, but in the end it is down to who George Burley picks. It is up to me to work hard in training and if I'm in the reserves, to fight for my first tam place and change the manager's mind."
