![]() Tuesday, 13th Nov 2001 15:55 Matt Holland is set to make another start for the Irish as they meet Iran in the second leg of their play-off on Thursday. Holland partnered Roy Keane in the first leg, but is joined by Mark Kinsella for the second game in Tehran in front of 120,000 people. The Irish arrived in Iran yesterday and manager Mick McCarthy remarked: "I've said all along when it was Kins and Roy playing, that if they missed a game having Matty as a stand-in would make things a lot easier to bear. Well, now we have Mark, who has been an absolute stalwart of the midfield, as a stand-in for Roy. We don't want to miss Roy, but when you've got such capable players to come in then it makes it a lot easier. Matty and Mark played together in Estonia, and while I know it was a very different sort of game, they were outstanding, so I have absolutely no worries about them for this one at all."
