Jewell: Ollie Doing a Fantastic Job Saturday, 25th Aug 2012 07:17 Town boss Paul Jewell says his Blackpool counterpart Ian Holloway has done a “fantastic job” at Bloomfield Road but revealed that they haven’t always seen eye to eye. The Blues take on Holloway’s top of the table Tangerines in Lancashire this afternoon. Jewell said: “He’s an infectious character. I think he’s done a fantastic job there. I think his football philosophy changed. “Whereas his teams were always hard to beat and a little bit one dimensional, while he was out of the game he had a rethink. “We did some work with Sky together and I remember he said that if he got another job he’d definitely play a certain type of way.” The Town manager says they get on well but that they had a falling out when at previous clubs: “I did have a fight with him when I was at Derby and he was at Leicester. He had Steve Howard at his house and he didn’t think I knew it! “I found out and we had a bit of a tête-à -tête on the phone, but he did apologise. And he didn’t know I had one of his players round my house!”
