Monday, 25th Feb 2013 19:07

Town have named two trialists from the Kettering-based Tresham Academy in this evening’s U21 side taking on Colchester at Portman Road. Ade Yuseff and Mawete Nkunga both start, while Victor Zapata-Caicedo, from Tottenham’s youth set-up, who played for the U18s on Saturday is on the bench.

Nkunga has started at centre-half alongside Patrick Kisnorbo, while Yuseff is up front with Frank Nouble. The duo previously played in a trial game last Tuesday and have been asked back with manager Mick McCarthy and assistant Terry Connor both watching.

U21s: Loach, Hewitt, Kisnorbo, Nkunga, Mings, Emmanuel-Thomas, Drury, Yusuff, Carson, Lawrence (c), Nouble. Subs: Crowe, Hammond, Thorsteinsson, Timlin, Zapata-Caicedo.
