Drury and Murphy Start for Town
Tuesday, 5th Mar 2013 18:55

Town boss Mick McCarthy has recalled Andy Drury and Daryl Murphy to his starting line-up for absent skipper Carlos Edwards and the unavailable David McGoldrick. In the Trinidadian’s absence, former Forest skipper Luke Chambers wears the Blues’ armband.

Otherwise, Town are unchanged, although there is no place on the bench for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, who misses out due to a bug, while Tyrone Mings and new loan signing Reece Brown are in the 18 for the first time.

One-time Blues loanee Danny Collins skippers an unchanged Forest side. Full match preview here.

Shortly before kick-off, you can join other Town fans in our chatroom to discuss the match with other fans, many listening to the commentary on Radio Suffolk or Ipswich Player.

The chatroom is open to anyone registered on TWTD and match photos will be published there when available. You can find it here and it should work in any browser or on any device.

Can fully understand not having Jay on the bench for an away game. He is an impact player at best. Tonight, we will need to defend well.

From reading the article properly JET has a bug - hence why he isn't in the 18

Can't believe jet gets a negative post from a certain person, after saving us 2 points on Saturday and it seams most just comment on the headline without reading the article he has a bug.

Can't believe the number of comments asking something that's in the article clear as day

Just as I would have picked it. You only have to watch Chambers after the game to know that he is 100% + in driving the team.

JET has the 'jets'

Does nobody even Bother to read the story before posting negative comments? It clearly states he is out due to a bug. Jeez

Just how much longer do have to put up with Lee Martin's outrages and ill disaplined behaviour.
Such a disgrace to get sent off when we are in such a precarious position.
Sorry, but I feel we should get rid of him, a type of player we can't afford.
You really have let your team mates and fans down, again.

Infuriating. All the talk of getting Wes Morgan riled up on Saturday which led to a mistake to win us the game. McCarthy speaking about how players mustn't lose their cool, Martin appears brain dead. All of the team should be slamming him, I don't want to see all this getting around and supporting the player business, he needs to learn. I'm sure Mick will sort him out. Not good enough.

Forget the hairdryer, I'm certain that MM will give Martin the blowtorch treatment!

Real backs to the wall stuff now we are down to 9 men. Get a point now and this will show that MM has put some steel into this team of ours. COYB!
