Town boss Mick McCarthy has named an unchanged side for today’s game at QPR. Midfielder Cole Skuse is fine to keep his place despite suffering a minor hip problem in training in midweek.

Academy second-year scholar Michael Crowe, 17, is on the bench for the senior side in the competitive fixture for the first time with second-choice keeper Dean Gerken ruled out with the dead leg he suffered in a collision with Frank Nouble in training.

QPR, who make three changes, include former Blues keeper Brian Murphy amongst their substitutes, while ex-Town loanee Danny Simpson starts. Full match preview here.
