![]() Wednesday, 27th Aug 2014 12:36 Kesgrave Community Centre is keen to introduce the growing sport of walking football as an activity for the over-50s, so if you’re interested in starting up your own team they would like to hear from you. Walking football is a slow version of the game, giving the over-50s an opportunity to get back into football and become more active, without the added pressure of keeping up with a fast pace. If you’re interested in setting up and running a team contact Cheryl Tye, the leisure and community co-ordinator at KWMCC by email. For more information about KWMCC and its activities please visit their website or you can follow them on Facebook.
