Douglas Return Only Change at Rotherham
Saturday, 7th Nov 2015 14:07

Town boss Mick McCarthy makes one change to his side for today’s game at Rotherham with Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who suffered a foot injury in Tuesday’s 2-0 win against Bolton, dropping to the bench and Jonathan Douglas starting, while David McGoldrick misses out on a place on the bench having been a pre-match doubt with a groin problem.

The Blues again look set to start in a 4-3-3 formation with Freddie Sears, Daryl Murphy and Brett Pitman up front.

Former Town loanees Danny Collins, Paul Green and Frazer Richardson all start for the bottom-of-the-table Millers. Midfielder Brandon Barker, 19, who joined on loan from Manchester City is handed his senior debut. Full match preview here.

Rotherham: Camp, Richardson, Rawson, Collins, Toffolo, Thorpe, G Ward, Green, Barker, Derbyshire, D Ward. Subs: Collin, Broadfoot, Buxton, Smallwood, Newell, Clarke-Harris, Andreu.

Town: Gerken, Chambers (c), Smith, Berra, Knudsen, Skuse, Douglas, Bru, Sears, Pitman, Murphy. Subs: Bialkowski, Malarczyk, Parr, Coke, Maitland-Niles, Oar, Touré. Referee: Darren Drysdale (Lincolnshire).

Forest's win against "Nailed on for promotion" Derby makes our effort at the City ground look a little less feeble aswell dont you think?
MM knows how hard this division is, time for some on here to wake up to it also.

Proof today Skuse and Douglas can play together. What Mick does is he writes one of them on the team sheet then the other !
