Blues winger Tommy Oar was an unused sub as Australia beat Kyrgyzstan 3-0 in a World Cup qualifier in Canberra this morning.

The 23-year-old will have another chance to add to his 27 caps and two international goals when the Socceroos face Bangladesh in Dhaka on Tuesday.

Australia remain second in their World Cup qualification group a point behind leaders Jordan with both sides having played five games.

Later today, Ainsley Maitland-Niles will be out to win his fourth England U19 cap when his side face Holland away in a friendly. They also take on Japan at Manchester City’s Academy Stadium on Sunday.
