Belgian side Royale Union Saint-Gilloise have announced that they have accepted an invitation from Town to play a friendly at Portman Road on Saturday 30th July (KO 3pm).

Brussels-based Union SG currently play in the Proximus League, the second tier of Belgian football.

Town’s pre-season programme is gradually coming together with a list of the fixtures announced so far available here.

True that Union has had a reputable past last century , but nothing won in the last 40 years ! Third zone really , and nothing to learn of.

YesMinister added 15:38 - Jun 13 Lived in Brussels for a few years, love the atmosphere at Union Saint-Gilloise and personally I can't wait to see this game. I hear that there's a coach full of Union Bhoys (the USG diehards) coming over on July 30. Split loyalties for me!!
