Midfielder Andre Dozzell won his fourth England U18s cap as a sub as his side beat Sweden 2-1 in the second of two friendlies in Taby earlier this afternoon.

Dozzell, 17, was introduced as a 78th minute substitute for Chelsea’s Mason Mount, who had put the Young Lions in front in the 32nd minute.

Martell Taylor-Crossdale, also of Chelsea, added the second on 40 before Anel Ahmedhodzic pulled one back for the home side two minutes after the break.

On Friday Ahmedhodzic scored the only goal as the Swedes won the first friendly 1-0 in Kungsängen, a game in which Dozzell played the full 90 minutes.

Meanwhile, Tom Lawrence was an unused sub as Wales drew 1-1 with Georgia in a World Cup qualifier at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Razor added 11:49 - Oct 10 Pity he can not get in the Ipswich team----he was by far away the best player for us against Liverpool in the under 23 cup last week. He had the audacity to pass the ball forward and actually run at players, that will do him no good with this manager, no chance.
