The TWTD League Calculator 2016/17
Wednesday, 15th Mar 2017 10:17

With nine games of Town’s 2016/17 Championship campaign remaining, it’s time to dust down TWTD's League Calculator and assess how the final weeks of the season might pan out.

Could the 16th-placed Blues, now only seven points away from the bottom three, get drawn into the relegation battle in final weeks of the season?

The League Calculator allows you to input your predicted results for all the remaining fixtures likely to affect a club's league position and then outputs a final table.

To give it a go, click here. The League Calculator will remain available via the Interactive menu above throughout the remainder of the season.

Post your final table below or on the forum for discussion and assessment.

I did from 16th - 23rd and surprisingly had us stay where we are, even though the only win I gave us was against Birmingham (maybe that'll change if Zola gets sacked soon)

If 52 points is the points you need, Home games against Brum & Wigan, plus away games against Burton, Rotherham & Forest, and the usual draws against other teams, we'll have plenty in hand by the end of the season.
Although personally, the Final whistle at Forest can't come quick enough. Then MM & TC can pack their bags, say their goodbyes, and we can start to rebuild the dullest football team in Ipswich history.

Got us finishing 21st on 49 points staying up by one point and the skin of our teeth.
Long end to the season ahead. If only Evans grew a pair and got an attack minded manager!!

Frankly if we are anywhere near relegation at the end of the season we are dead certs to go down next season.

Town to finish 16th on 55 points. I know this sounds ridiculous but why not get Danny cowley in. we all saw what he can do in the cup, BUT LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
