Everybody is so excited about the Papa Joke Trophy, so excited that nobody else has even bothered to comment on this story! What is there to say other than the competition is a big enough joke already, and by allowing U21 teams to enter it's made the whole thing an even bigger joke! If we reached the semi I'd start to show a bit of interest, but until then I'm not really interested in it.

For me the only good thing about these matches is giving the youngsters a chance to have a 'bigger' match day experience. Apart from that its a waste of time and money.

Might be a nice chance to compare our new squad with the players who have moved to Colchester, abitv of motivation for chambo etc to put in a performance against us

we should always play our strongest team. No excuses for "oh he hasn't had much game time etc." This season we play to WIN, you get in the first team if one of PC's first eleven is injured or you have shown up better in training. NO MORE EXCUSES. PC will be our saviour. COYB's.
