Former Blues striker James Scowcroft joins the regulars on Life’s a Pitch, which is live on BBC Radio Suffolk at lunchtime (12-2pm).

Host Mark Murphy will be in the studio with legend-in-residence Terry Butcher and Tractor Boy with TWTD’s Phil Ham at the Valley ahead of the Blues game against the Addicks.

And make thirty for the rest of the team with his excellent hold up play, never seen anyone shield the ball like Scowcroft (but his body shape gave him a big advantage there.)
