Morsy twice muscled off the ball for two goals. Clearly the break has reduced his sharpness. As for hadlky he's feet not working today. Something about teams playing in white and he goes to pot.

Very sloppy at the back yesterday, but with Kieffer starting from here on in, we will have plenty of fire power up top. Just need Burgess back for Edmundson and we will be fine. Play offs a cert and the auto second spot is still up for grabs if we can stop gifting sides goals.

Not a great first half obviously but TWO unfortunate own goals and definitely offside for the second plus hitting the post (again!) and an encouraging end to the game. Another day this would have been a comfortable win for Ipswich but hey-ho, that's the way it goes. Still a long way to go and the two bigger strikers give the team a much-needed new option which should increase their confidence.

Yep, strangely I feel more confident after watching that!

After watching Hladky in this game and considering a few recent games I think that it is time to reintroduce Walton. That and the return of Burgess should tighten things up at the back. I also think that we need to mix up our clearances a bit and sometimes kick long to keep the opposition guessing. It would mean that they could not safely have large numbers of players forward pressuring our back line......coyb
