Completely over the top but there is some truth in what he says. McAteer was a daft panic buy, Burgess should have been persuaded to stay and I'm sorry but I wasn't that convinced by Cajuste last year. Skilful but seems very fragile. The Sheffield United performance, when compared to Blackburn and Preston for example, seemed indicative of a team who can play very well in perfect conditions but don't have the mentality when it gets tough. Which is strange as they did two years ago.

@darkhorse28 that's a hell of a lot of words you wrote blaming everyone and everything but conveniently ignoring the two most important reasons behind our recent struggles:-

1) We were in the premier league playing teams much stronger than us
2) We're clearly suffering some hangover from point 1, as often happens to relegated teams

Objectively we are stronger and further forward as a club than we were pre-gamechanger and everything you lament as being the problem. Either we'll find our feet again, or we won't and the owners will act. Until then, your energy would be better spent getting behind the team.

I guess it all depends on whether clause 34.2 supersedes clause 20 (E). If not, it’s a replay which seems harsh on Blackburn. But 3 points to Blackburn seems harsh on us. A sensible compromise would be a half of football with us playing 10 men.

Getting really tired of all the talk about Burgess. he turned down a number of offers over the last 18 months of his contract, for the simple reason he wanted to leave. Why can't people accept that we had no choice and stop trying to sound clever, it's pi**ing me off and im sure I'm not alone!
