![]() Wednesday, 6th Jul 2005 11:34 Former Town defender Steve Sedgley and his wife Nicola have had warrants issued for their arrest by a court in Barbados. The pair were due in a magistrates' court on Monday but failed to appear. The case, which has been adjourned until September 8th, centres around an alleged incident over a parking space at a bar in July last year. Sedgley was charged with assaulting Wanda McClean and Shelley Dear and using racist language against them and a third woman Kimberley Rock. Nicola Sedgley was accused of assaulting Dear and racially abusing the other two women. A previous court appearance released the Sedgleys, who now live in Mount Standfast James on the Caribbean island, on £5,000 bail and prevented them from leaving Barbados.
