Amanda Peak, the mother of the two boys killed in the crash which saw former Plymouth goalkeeper Luke McCormick jailed, says she is happy that David Norris plans to apologise personally for his goal celebration at Blackpool on Saturday. Norris has been fined and warned by the club for the ‘handcuffs' gesture he made after scoring.
