Jewell Targeting Loanees for WeekendMon 14th Feb 2011 14:15 Town manager Paul Jewell has revealed that he is looking to add “one or two” loanees to his squad before the weekend. The Blues boss was giving no hints on their identities but one is likely to be a central midfield player with skipper David Norris sidelined and loan signing Jimmy Bullard unavailable against his parent club Hull City on Saturday.
Norris Undergoing ScanMon 14th Feb 2011 13:34 Skipper David Norris is undergoing a scan on the injuries which forced him off after 15 minutes of Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Barnsley and is expected to miss at least Town’s next two games. The midfielder twisted both his knee and his ankle at Oakwell.
