Midfielder Liam Trotter has joined Scunthorpe United on trial. The 20-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and spent part of the first half of the season on loan at Grimsby.

The Football Fans Census are looking for nominations for The New Football Pools Fanzine Awards 2009, which aim to recognise the contribution that fanzines make to football and reward the best. Last year TWTD was shortlisted in two categories, Best Championship Fanzine and Best Editor.
