Town have announced that they have a small number of tickets to the Brighton away game a week on Saturday. The Seagulls still play at their temporary home at the Withdean Stadium which means away clubs are given only a few hundred seats.

Town threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Coventry. Darren Currie and Jimmy Juan put the Blues ahead but Gary McSheffrey and Lilian Nalis netted either side of the break. Nicky Forster appeared to have scored the winner late on but the referee deemed the ball not to have crossed the line.

Charlton manager Alan Curbishley says that former Blue Matt Holland was misquoted in reports which claimed he was looking for a loan move away from the Valley. The Ireland international contacted his boss when the story broke to tell him he is keen to remain with the Addicks.
