Anyone know how many Cov tickets there roughly are...

I'm a ST holder (for 33yrs) and wanting to take my 7yo son to his first away game. Haven't been able to get to an away game for a long time, do you have to sit (stand) in assigned seat? Happy to get there early to stand at the front, otherwise worried he's not going to be able to see a thing...
