Couldn't get to Utd game as was stuck in Wales for a week , but saw it on SKY, and OMG , what a performance. I think once the confidence starts to flow again, what a team we will have ... I literally cant wait for Sats game v Blackburn, and its been a long time since Ive looked forward to a Town game so much . I just really , really want us to stuff those budgies in a few weeks time. |

OP: they hadn't done back to back promotions from League One and with virtually that squad. But I suspect these teams are also playing a slightly more cautious approach than we tried to do. |

Lofts are not too clever either.... ask Richard Wright. |

If a player has a true head injury, they usually cznt continue or it becomes apparent very quickly tgst they do have a head injury. Its as clear as day the players are now coached to pretend they have a head injury. So THEY are putting their fellow professionals at risk by thus ridiculous, cheating, tactic. The game has becone so cynical . Its rotten. |

Agree with this....Town often go back in for players they identify, and can see us trying again. Maybe even Hackney too grounding in where we are in the league and Boro. |

All " head injuries" the player should be asked to leave the field of play for 10 mins, just like they do in rugby. That would stop the tap on the ankle tackles morphing into " head injuries" to waste time. Its coached cheating, pure and simple, and its killing the game as a spectator sport. |

I see that back to back promotions not so " easy" for Brum either is it. |

OP: I think we can expect a lot of this type of coached shytehousery from CC teams this season, and especially at PR. Its going to be frustrating at times I think. We just need to get that first goal every game. |
 | Forum Reply | What do I know, I was disappointed Philogene started!!!! at 09:49 13 Sep 2025
Philogene is a totally different players when played in his correct position. I know McKenna said Burns injury meant he had to play right wing last season. But why, when we had Omari who was a right winger...( but was constantly being played as a #10) |
 | Forum Reply | Have you ever seen a hatrick of better goals? at 22:43 12 Sep 2025
Tonight was the night Philogene showed us what really is all about. What masterful performance. Well done that man, and my previous doubts about him have now evaporated.... |
 | Forum Reply | If anyone wants a ticket for Lower North tomorrow night at 06:54 12 Sep 2025
My seat in SBR lower costs me about £13 as a senior ST holder.... so if they resell my ticket at say £35-£40 on the day, the club are a making a sizable amount more for thst particular seat. |

Someone posted on here not that long ago, that "football wasn't as simple as just kicking the ball in the net"....hmmm |
 | Forum Reply | There are people on here who think O’Shea is better than Wolf at 10:29 10 Sep 2025
Its an opinion, and if im so wrong hiw cone hes gone to Coventry for £4m especially given the ridiculous inflated transfer market these days, and we could " only" get £4m. . If he was REALLY as good as done on here say, McKenna would have been playing him every week wouldnt he? So who's "wrong"? |
