| Blog Comment | I've Seen This Happen in Other People's Sides, and Now it's Happening in Mine at 15:12:28
I think after MM got the boot from Wolves TC took over and proved to be even worse ! When we do thank MM for his efforts and gently push him out of the door, we need a sensible plan for his replacement and funds in Jan/next year made available. I hadn't really thought about Rowett too much before this week but he now looks like a decent option - young, intelligent, and has done well with limited funds. |

| Blog Comment | Are Our Goalkeepers Both the Same? at 13:05:35
I would say 99% of fans agree that Bart is better than Gerken. The same 99% think that there is more chance of Nodge winning the Champions League next season than Chambers ever resembling a decent right back. Unfortunately Mick is in the 1%. |
| Blog Comment | What Do We Expect of Our Club? at 19:42:40
I agree, we do have a pretty good squad with some excellent youngsters coming through as well. Also feel that MM lacks the flexibility and forward thinking we might get from a younger manager (dare I say it, asthe Budgies found with Alex wotshisface, plucked from Scottish obscurity but holding his own in the Premier League (a recent Toon pasting notwithstanding)) |

Excellent log - our current predicament dissected with pinpoint accuracy. I think the issue is that Evans might be equating his "football" business with his other investment holdings and applying the same payback rules to ITFC. i.e we must get back to the EPL cash cow heaven as quickly as possible but by spending as little as possible. Jewell in my mind has never had a coherent strategy, Last season he was reliant on ex EPL has beens and we only went on a run when people like Bullard and Bowyer became unavailable. His treatment of Hyam is perhaps a good allegory for his overall confused thinking. Luke started games early on (and in pre season) and by accounts played well in the "holding" role and the team looked more solid defensively. Jewell seems to think that a team cannot be built around such a young player and Hyam is probably scratching his head at being relegated to te fringes of the team. I would love to see Taricco here as manager perhaps with a more seasoned old hand as his number 2. Brighton play with a freedom and confidnce that our current crop of talent seem to lack and the hope would be that he could bring some latin passion to our underperforming team. |

If I'd written a blog, it would have made exactly the same points. It's saddening - I no longer take pleasure in watching us. The question is - ME is a businessman - and his 'customers' are walking away - what is he going to do to get them back ? If will he sell to a 'footballing' owner instead, deciding to cut his losses ? |

I'm positive RK tried his best, but along with other great players such as Bobby Moore, Maradona, and Bobby Charlton he's maybe just nor cut out for management. A world class player does not often make a world class manager. |

Get him on loan now, perm in summer. Great in the 'holding midfielder' position or can play RB. Quality quality player. Still need a freescoring striker tho. |

Looks like a good-ish prospect but do we really need more midfielders ? I think we need LB/RB/Striker. |
| News Comment | Priskin Wins Cap as Hungary Lose to England at 08:36:33
He looked a different player to the one we were so disappointed with we let go on loan to QPR. Great through ball - Gera should have scored. Was I the only one wgho was more interested in seeing Priskin (and potentially Fulop) then England players ? |
