I can't have Grant Leadbetter. Marcus Stewart was by far and away our best player in the last 20 years and should be in there. Taricco might squeak in as well. |

Thing is I watched parts of the first few games and we seemed to be evolving a style of pass and move. It didn't always come off, but I thought OK at least we are trying to move in a different direction, so its all good. What happened to that ? This is like watching a mixture of the worst parts of Keane (players scared of the ball)/Jewell (players have no clue what they are supposed to be doing)/ and McCarthy (zero creativity) all rolled into one team WTF ? |

I'm joining the ranks of the worried. This reminds me of an off day MM side - no creativity, no sense that a striker would score even we had enough nous to carve out a chance, and no defensive composure. The crux of it is we have zero quality. |

Feeling really sad. RIP Kev. You were the best player to ever pull on the blue shirt. |
| Forum Reply | is anyone very unconvinced by Harrison as yet? (n/t) at 20:41 21 Aug 2018
I don't think he's suited to the lone striker role - suspect Action Jackson might do better if that is the system we are always going to play. Donacien looks a find. Chabolah, Nolan, Edwards pleased with. Ward looks bang average. Chambers and Skuse look like they from a different (Jurassic) era, which I guess they are :) |

... we are playing quite tidily without Skuglas. Imagine ! |

Better than Lincoln , which was the worst performance in our entire history. So it's all going to be OK. |

A second flight championship or even a Wembley play off, done in style, would do me, but seems a long way off. I respect what Mick did to make as tougher to beat when he first arrived, although it has always been awful as a spectacle in my book, but ultimately the over reliance in Murphy has come home to roost. I would imagine even Evans know it is time for a change now, it's just a question of when he pulls the trigger. |
| Forum Reply | If we lose surely MM can't survive at 21:39 17 Jan 2017
As someone said earlier...we could lose 6-0 at home to the Albion Mills (or something along those lines) and he'd be safe. We're screwed. |
| Forum Reply | I know Douglas is an easy target at 21:01 17 Jan 2017
To be fair his legs had gone at Brentford, which is why they so were so ecstatic to see him leave. Lawrence and Emmanuel aside we don't appear to have any players who can play football, which is a bit of a handicap in a football match isn't it? Are there any Mick inners left apart from Marcus Evans and Terry Connor ? |
