How can Dozzell be fit enough for the bench last week but not this week? Hopefully Hurst will realise what a talent the lad is and start giving him minutes. If he's not totally match fit 20 mins or so off the bench is not going to do him any harm at all and may actually improve our performance. |

What Leicester have achieved is amazing but McCarthy would never achieve anything like that, he'd rest his best players against the big sides as he doesn't believe he could beat them anyway, look at what he did at Wolves when his team played Man Utd and what team he picked for us at Old Trafford in the cup game. Wouldn't trust anything ME says in the programme, he appointed 2 of our worst ever managers and gave them funds and now we had a manager who showed signs of success and he allowed him to spend peanuts on squad fillers. Hopefully lessons learnt and we will see some quality rather than quantity in the summer, depth comes from producing your own. |

To be fair to MM he is a pretty honest bloke. I'm sure if Fraser, McGoldrick & Bishop would have been fit we would have got top 6.
If he stops playing Chambers at right back next season as any decent team who play on the deck have full backs who are natural ball players we will be moving forward again.

Maybe it's how the article has been written however I read that and get the impression McCarthy is reluctant to use our promising youngsters in the first team and he would rather have loan players. Prior to all this loaning of players we used to use our youth players that is what ITFC has always been about |
