When I was a kid, wearing a hat was seemingly mandatory for a certain type of elderly male driver....as were string=backed driving gloves
What else?
Fountain pen and a pot of green ink for writing to the local paper on matters of importance
A cravat

In 10 years time renewables and battery storage will be way cheaper than nuclear
And we will still be paying squillions for a giant polluting white elephant with toxic levels of radioactivity that will blight us for the next 2500 years

No good news, I'm afraid
They went their seperate ways, split up
I'm still in communication with the lass Yullia, she is struggling but clinging on.... moved back in with family.... still in Kharkiv. She is working, but really struggling with ever increasing food and utility bills but static income
He was running scared of Press gang snatch-squads that were roaming the streets to forcibly gather in new recruits, just hiding indoors all day every day, never leaving the apartment.
The donation of a heater helped them a lot.... genuinely, many thanks to all who donated
She held big hopes for the Summer 24 Offensive that didn't amount to anything, medium hopes that Trump would be able to talk a bit of sense into Putin.... but now just the grim realisation that this conflict will continue for the foreseeable |
