Regarding away ticket points and the claims people buy and don’t go to accumulate more points to get the tickets they want and people reselling tickets. Surely in this day and age of data collection it is a simple problem to solve, most grounds have electronic entrance now where ticket barcode is scanned to allow entrance. That code is individual to the purchaser so in theory you could see who is not attending and give a points deduction which would mean there is no benefit to doing this. And you could do what some music artists are now doing by needing ID relating to the ticket to use the ticket. If those 2 things are possible that has to act as a deterrent to people abusing the system ?
