He seemed out of his depth and didn't exactly tear things up last season. This move speaks more about him than it does about our club. He's picked a bang average EPL club where he won't make much impact. Good luck to him, but I think it's a flawed choice.

People keep assuming that because a player doesn't renew their contract that something is rotten with the club. It could be as simple as wanting a new challenge. Seeing a different city. Wanting to meet new people. Better money. The same reasons we all look for new jobs. Some people don't like sitting still for too long. |
