It didn’t really work at all.
Even if the smoking ban was lifted I think most pubs and clubs will still enforce it as most people don’t smoke now and consequently don’t wish to smell like an ashtray at the end of a night out. |

Because MA should have borrowed Doc Brown’s DeLorean and gone forward in time to ascertain just how many goals Delap would score in that season.
If he had done this, MA would have realised that the £30M relegation clause would be far too low.
Pure laziness on his part.

Just putting FACT at the end of a sentence or statement does not make it factual- it’s remains just an opinion. It’s quite a lazy thing to do and is just an attempt at limiting discussion or criticism. |

MA said that the club was protected with this deal so how the release clause is actually executed might well offer the club protection - this could well be how and when payments are received or include further add-ons within the release clause.
What I’m trying to say is that I haven’t a clue. |

Sarmiento’s goal against Soton was a magical moment.
But slightly more magical than the goal itself were the players celebrations especially Conor Chaplin running onto the pitch and earning a yellow card in so doing so. Immense. |

This thread is quite odd with some posters getting a massive hard-on with every supposed slice of negativity which appears - usually by someone ITK who probably isn’t.
The owners and MA have repeatedly stated that they want the club to have Cat 1 status - that’s the aim and that’s what they are going for.
If BK leaves then he leaves. |

With O’Shea and Omari both signing for a lot of money last summer the club will want to make a profit on them both. This will mean a buyer will have to fork out £20m on O’Shea and £30m on Omari - not sure whether a club will spend that much on either of them. |
