HTF does one cancel????
The site does not even give me any information on my current subscription which I took out on 26th August. No doubt this now unwanted subscription will recur without some action.

is this a calendar months, 1st to end of month, or from when one pays, say 20th January to presumably 19th February ?
ITFC site does not make it clear and I do not wish to pay 30 Euros for say 20th January to 31st January.

iFollow -- paypal not available

No way will I give my credit/debit card details to that bunch of incompetence. I have managed to watch one match successfully this season and failed on another 2, eventually getting a refund from paypal. Has my paypal been barred by EFL or is this a general issue?

Off topic, I have new smart tv which I can readily mirror to from my iPhone, so thought I would give iFollow one more try. Note that the mobile app (iOS) is reviewed as rubbish, apparently barring the mirror function, but just using the browser is OK apparently.

iPlayer refund received.......

Have subscribed to iPlayer since it was launched including two seasons with a full subscription. Last Saturday was the worst, spending an hour trying various machines, operating systems, browsers and iPlayer video just failed to deliver. Fortunately I paid using pay pal. Cancelled the pay pal order about 15 minutes into the second half; immediately the iPlayer radio (given up on the video) dropped. Anyway claiming a refund though pay pal was straightforward and i would highly recommend. Whether I will use iPlayer again is another matter. Such a poor service will lose fans.
