Welcome to Wales :) By all accounts both teams were happy to play, but the referee had other ideas. |

Play-offs weren't in place last season either, but in truth you have to win the league whatever. We haven't done that, but looks like we've strengthened this year. Need to get off to a good start, again something we've not done for the last 2 seasons, you can't play catch-up in this league. Also division gets tougher each year with the likes of Lewes and Watford this time around. |

If Watford do win this I can't see Ipswich finishing above them. Could easily miss out on goal difference. |

Saw him playing for Sydney Olympic a few times at leichhardt. Must have have been around 1994. The game in Oz has come a long way since those days. |

Hope he does well, whilst not the most gifted always liked him as a player and was excellent for the first half of 14/15 before his injuries. |

You've got to hope that Pompey (being a local derby) or Bridgwater (who appear to be the 3rd best team and we only just beat last week) can do the girls a favour. Otherwise it'll come down to the 2 games against Saints, essentially a 2-legged cup game which we will need to win on aggregate given Saints goal difference superiority My hunch given their results thus far is Saints might be a better team, but over 2 games who knows - we'd need a win and a draw. We play Saints in the cup next week and then in the league 2 weeks later. I imagine neither side will be taking next weekend too seriously as neither manager will want to show their hand ahead of the league game. November is a big month for both the men's and the women's teams. |
 | News Comment | Town Ball 22 in FA Cup First Round Draw at 14:11:31
An away tie at a lower division team would get us on TV in anticipation of a cup shock. But it'll be Sunderland at home, scrape a draw, then have a long Tuesday night trip where we lose on penalties. |

So Woolfenden knows he's on the bench at worst. If he's injured or suspended then we can only name 6 subs... |

Decent at Championship level let alone league 1. Doubt it will happen, but it may be an advantage that he knows the size of the club etc (how often do players say they only really understand the size, the fanbase, history etc after they've joined) |
