When are we expecting the kit to drop?
at 12:20 30 Jun 2025

Based purely on the Halo logo, it looks like a remake of the Fisons 94/95 kit to me. My first ever kit i think.

Loved that album as a kid and was a big fan.... but I don't feel like it's the same band now tbh.

Have you ever played football? Those 2 roles need a completely different skillset.

Ben Johnson and Harry Clarke - enough for the right hand side?
at 07:00 27 Jun 2025

As a bit part player. In terms of minutes played, he's played the equivalent of 40 x 90 minutes. At the age of 25, that is not very much football at all.
Myles Kenlock played a similar amount of games for us with the majority being in the Championship. He's been playing the last 3 seasons in the national league.

I do want Johnson to succeed, I'd love to be wrong about him, but based on last season, I'm sure Kieran will now be looking for another first choice right back

2 for 2 imo! I don't like to write players off, I just don't see it at all with him. I guess when you consider the level he's now at, he might be ok as a squad player this season. But if we believe the rumours on how much he was being paid coming here (turned down £40k at WHam for apparently more money here), we haven't got a great deal of value, even if he was a free.

I'm not sold on Johnson being anywhere near good enough. Looks weak in every aspect. I remember watching him against Fortuna and he's the second player I've written off after seeing them play 1 game. The other one being Scott Fraser.

He was at Everton a long time before Dyche, they spent loads of money on him. Be very surprised if he didn't have Premier League offers.

Having watched these 3 games, he's England's best player. I'm desperate to keep hold of him but at £35m he's a bargain.

I agree, but if you're going to pick Toney, you start him one of the games to see what he can do, surely?

Tuchel - get rid
at 22:04 10 Jun 2025

Is it? He's been brought in for one job, to win the world cup. I cannot see us lifting a trophy in 13 months time. His selections are all over the place and the performances have matched that. Southgate was the best England manager for 60 years and he was given no respect from the public, the pressure of that has led us here.

Sunderland and Burnley interested in Broadhead

We've spent £50m trying to improve / strengthen in that area, and he's still the best option we have to play there.

Slicker is truly having a nightmare (n/t)
at 08:31 7 Jun 2025

The 3rd one is really poor but the first one isn't particularly bad, he got punished with a brilliant finish. The second one is appalling defending. If an Icelandic player touched the ball then surely it would have been ruled out for offside with the player blocking Slicker, but it's hit about 3 Scottish players and gone in, really terrible defending.

And the Manager merry go round is open!
at 17:50 6 Jun 2025

Fantastic job for someone. Imagine they'll have a decent amount to spend with the stadium and champions league income. Best job outside of Liverpool, Arsenal and City for me in terms of the scope for a manager starting from a low position and able to stamp their authority on the club.

I don't think he's been outed by Elon, evidence has been clear for a long time, as it is with his civil suit confirming he is a r@pist. The MAGAs don't care its all 'fake news' because Trump says he didn't do it and he is the most trustworthy person on the planet.

Where does Godfrey rank in worst loan signings?
at 13:52 31 May 2025

Zeki Fryers level? Very similar impacts but Godfrey is definitely the better player.
