Am a Mortgage Broker. With timber frame it really depends on when the property was built. Pre 1900 or post 1970 you're generally OK - it's the years in between a number of lenders don't like. Other main consideration is if there's been insulation retrospectively installed in any cavities between the frame and cladding. If you go on Land Registry and pull a copy of the title off it will tell you in the charges register if there is already a mortgage on it as well as who the existing lender is. |
 | Forum Reply | Bristol City (A) ticket details… at 20:57 9 Sep 2025
Am I missing something? Just gone to get my ticket and notice there's only 'uncovered seating' with nothing further back - surely not sold all those tickets already across all 3 blocks? |

Now confirmed - general sale from 10am tomorrow. Hopefully with a general sale window it helps boost sales further and can get close to filling the whole stand. |

Don't think there is a 'general sale' window. Worth checking with club but the way I understand and read it is a membership of some sort is required to purchase tickets now. Appreciate it's expensive but think the only way to do it is to buy a membership which will give you 5 points and you'll be able to purchase a ticket then. Should be good for Blackburn as well I'd imagine if up that way and maybe even Middlesborough, now they've decided to move it to a Friday night. |
 | Forum Thread | Port Vale promotion at 21:20 7 Apr 2023
Just looked at getting a ticket for Port Vale game and noticed the season ticket promotion. Don't suppose there are any season ticket holders who haven't bought 2 additional that would be happy to help me out? Living down in South Essex don't know any ST holders unfortunately. Feel free to send me a PM if you are able to help. |

Thanks everyone that responded. She's never shown any interest in football until now so caught off guard by her sudden desire to go to a match. My girlfriend suggested just taking her to a Southend game (being local) but I know I've likely only got one shot to get her hooked and as far as I'm concerned if walking out and seeing a packed out PR doesn't do it, nothing will. |

Does anyone know if the tickets at the back of the Cobbold or Magnus are actually restricted view and if so, how restricted they actually are? My 6 year old daughter wants to go to her first game and the only one we can do is the Wycombe game but obviously not many tickets available together (need 3). Never sat in the Cobbold and been about 20 years since been in the West Stand as have been SBR since then. Any thoughts/insight would be appreciated plus anything else can do to hopefully make it as enjoyable a day for her as possible (already planning on fanzone, first time fan etc.). |
