Being in a relegated team doesn't make you a bad defender. Just look at Mcauley, Stearman, Berra etc.
Also, Mick has shown that with the right coaching you can make a leaky defence a good one without changing personnel (as he showed in his first season) |

Just because they are professionals it doesn't make them superheroes. Of course they suffer fatigue and considering they had 33% more recovery time than us, yes - it would make a big difference, especially in the closing stages |

I think you're getting mixed up between fitness and fatigue buddy. It's pretty difficult for the muscles to recover from a game which had been played 48 hours before. |
