not gonna moan about the performance, yes result is a disapointment,but overall i think we are much better team now than a year ago, still need another real striker,to supplement Mc Goldrick ,whilst i quite like Murphy,he lacks something in front of goal.Can Frank Nouble do the job ? when he first came to the club i was hopeful,but i have reservations now,.Big Mick will be aware of any weaknesses and im sure he will sort things ,have faith, take a look at our position and goal diff ,compare to last season and take heart .Another day with as much effort will bring its rewards, We lost this match ,move on. decent result, played well but must not get too carried away ,Boro didnt really play that well.We got off to a slow start and when we conceded the goal i feared the worst.However, we came to life and Boro didnt really look that threatening for the most part. Our defence were up to the job, Midfield at last seemed to be doing theirs,The equaliser was only a matter of time.I was disapointed with Nouble's performance ,i really thought he would come good,but he dosnt seem live up to it .It really changed things when Murphy came in ,he worked very hard and with Mc Goldrick as partner ,and midfield playing well, Boro were struggling. Was about to say that Boro never had Gerkin in a pickle, but changed my mind !, WELL DONE LADS, WELL DONE MICK ,CONGRATULATIONS to Mc Goldrick on his double The same effort against Yeovil should see another 3 points secured,but mustnt take em for granted . Having gained great deal of optimsm by the squad Mick has put together ,i must say this was a real let down, a p/ss poor perforformance by a team who you would expect to be out to prove something at this stage of the season,if only players trying to make themselves ''first choice ''.Very disapointed . |

put against recent standards, a decent performance and a respectable point.Shame couldnt hang on for the three Seagulls certainly tested defence.Seriously beginning to wonder if Chopra is going to produce what is needed now though.Another good performance from Loach .So a good point keeps PJ in a job for another week at least.Another big test Saturday . Another shocking yet predictable result .I have thought this season was going to end in disaster for a long time,i have never always agreed with h32, however what he has said earlier in thread is justifiable . Jewell has just totally wasted best part of two years of ITFC ,that with same amount of time totally wasted by Keane, is going to take a major change throughout the club to put right . IF M E is serious about the future of the club he needs to show it NOW more than ever . First by getting shot of Jewell, and getting a manager capable of motivating players and with real desire to succeed , someone who can attract players to the club [clearly Jewell hasnt the x factor .]I dont think we have the grunt to get to or survive in the Prem, but the supporters deserve at least to see a team striving to do so .We are used to seeing pride and loyalty in teams ,sadly both seem to have been lost . You could name the teams of yesteryear in your sleep, now its a struggle to remember who plays for us at times .I thought Keanes era was as bad as it could get and things could only get better, how wrong i was . Come on Marcus show your hand . |

thats it for me ...Jewell showed exactly what is wrong with ITFC now, no passion, no enthusiasm, no pride, he could even get off his fat a;se The performance off the pitch was worse than the one on it .Pocket billiards dosnt win football matches .I have said all along ,he hasnt the drive needed ,he mumbles away like drunk in post match interviews ,if i were a player in the dressing room he would bore me sh;tless.TAXI for PJ and lets get someone in with real passion and a pulse .Sorry the report on game centres around the manager ,but thats how it was . |

Heard it said we didnt deserve to lose! sorry if you lose by more than 1 goal, you deserved to lose ,its that simple ,.Jewell has got knowhere with team building, and go's from week to week bumbling on about different positions that need sorting,one week keeper then centre half then strikers ,then back to start again .Another crap autumn of discontent looming , Clegg and Evans cant possibly expect fans to put up with it for another season . |

Well we are now bottom 3,still going the wrong way under Paul Jewell,whilst it could be said team didnt play badly, they are still not good enough.After last seasons fiasco i cant believe Jewell will be given much more time, i personally didnt think that he would still be with Town come Christmas and nothing has changed my mind,unless he turns things around in next couple of games i think Brighton could / should be his last .I didnt expect or demand promotion but do not want relegation .Taylor looks good ,but we still cant score the goals we need , Chopra's 30 goal prediction was a bit wild ,now its looking laughable .Once again we are looking at a number of shortfalls in the team . MUST DO BETTER |

what a shambles, it shows exactly how far we have fallen away over past 3/ 4 years .And it looks unlikely to get any better under Paul Jewell.After two awful seasons even the down hearted were probably looking foward to new season [because thats what we do ] but we hope things will have changed for better. Sadly it looks like its just a carbon copy of whats gone before.One week ''we need to sort out defence '' next week we ''need to sort out attack '' next week ''we need to sort the lot out ''.PJ keeps saying we need two or three new players ! we could have eleven new players i dont think it will change anything with PJ .It dosnt make it any easier for supporters when we have to listen to him mumbling in after match interviews.He dosnt come across as a motivator.We need a manager with fire in his belly, someone who can get through to players,someone who can change things if they need changing, not just mumble about what we havnt got .Early optimism has vanished this is going to be another dire, dour season . |

brittaniaman 6 days or 66 days we will still not have the players needed unfortunately.Yet again any cause for optimism gets wiped out by a nightmare display.Weve been there so many times it has become par for the course now.PJ said before match he hoped we would take over at top ,! it certainly makes you wonder about his perception.He said after the match, we had as much of the ball as them but didnt do anything with it ! something is very wrong ,has been for ages. Chopra reckoned he would get 30 goals this season ,another person who is deluded it seems .I dont see this season being any different from the last , no money and a manager who bumbles and mumbles his way through season week by week . |
