Keep the faith.... it's very early on in the season... disappointing to have started like this, but not totally unexpected.... especially when some of the team are expected to play without even training with each other !
Once we have our back four of KVY, Burgess, Edmundson, Coulson playing regularly we will be on a roll ! With the fire power we have we will always score..... keep goals conceded to a minimum and we progress up the League ! |

I think many "fans" on here need to calm down. The reality is that Cook has introduced 16 new players to the squad.... some travelled to Cheltenham having not even been to Portman Road / Training Ground and even met their colleagues ! In addition to that, we had a centre half making his debut [by all accounts he was a stand out player on the night], we have another centre half to make his debut still [he looks quality], we have a new left back [Coulson] who will surely make his debut this weekend and we have KVY to come back in to the team [who on his day is the most dynamic RB in the Division].... So lets not get too excited / downhearted.....
We also have Will Burns to come back from injury who is a very exciting addition to our squad !
Give Cook until end November - if we are still struggling then let's think again, but in the meantime lets |

Looks like a player !! Keep that goal scoring form and you will quickly become a cult hero at ITFC..... some much needed support/challenge for Norwood up front and adds height to our attack which we have sadly lacked at times..... |

Downes is a quality player, but his head has gone... I would use money from his sale to buy Crooks off Rotherham [who looks a better short term fit]..... also Crooks would add some height and strength to the team, which has been sadly lacking over the last few years.... good luck for the future to Flynn who has always put in a good stint whenever I have watched him play for ITFC. |

Agree with Souperjim.... he has the ability to be a top class championship player and maybe even higher if he can stay fit..... quality player, who seemed to lose heart at some point and previous management couldn't seem to get it back..... thought PC might be able to motivate him to be the player he can easily become, but clearly not.... shame |

A shame in a way as he is "one of our own", but I think living in the [large] shadow of his father [who is a total Ipswich legend] was too much for him to handle. He clearly has the ability but just not been consistent enough - may be due to the standard of players around him. He's going to a good team with an excellent manager who has a good record of developing youngsters, so hopefully he will flourish there and we can enjoy watching him in the Championship - and hopefully "in the flesh" next season !
